Macaroon’s class in Paris

Enjoy a genuine Parisian experience! Our small group pastry classes are given in our cosy parisian “Appartement”.  

You will learn several pastry techniques in addition to the macaronnage. We only select seasonal products and we try to get organic produces that are locally grown.

We do not use food coloring to show you that they are not necessary to make beautiful and good desserts! Classes are followed by a tasting, held in the living room.
